American Cremation did an amazing job with my son's funeral service. Everyone was so helpful and guided me with everything that I needed to do. I was very happy with everything that they did and truly appreciated Harry and his staff being understanding and having a listening ear. This is a really nice funeral home. The staff at American Cremation were wonderful during a most difficult time. They were very accommodating and professional with us. We chose a traditional funeral for our loved one and used their chapel for the service. Most important, they did not "nickel and dime" us like other mortuary's I have used in Durham. Every thing we asked for was provided in a timely manner. The entire service was very beautiful. They are very affordable and I plan to use them for "pre planning" for myself. The memory blanket was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are warm and very accommodating. I’ve eulogized at least (3) people at their Chapel; their facilities we adequate for family and guests. Warm and clean environment.

This is my second time using this funeral home. They did a great job for my husband Mickey today. The funeral director was a gem. I forget her name, but the dark skin lady was great to work with both times I have used this funeral home. I don't wish to have to do business with them again, but I appreciate the care and respect they gave us. I love the blanket they made for my husband. Thank you for being "GREAT"!!

I recently attended a memorial service at this place of business. I was very impressed with the large comfortable facilities and clean atmosphere presented. The professionals here are top notch, accommodating and welcoming.
