I recently moved to the area and needed a home and auto policy. I worked with Roslyn Cruz and she was great. Very helpful and quickly provided different quotes. Once I decided on a quote she quickly created the policies. Where Roslyn and the team really shined was when I bought a new car and forgot to call them for nearly a week! Silly me! I finally remembered to call on a Friday at 445 thinking they'd be gone, or never be able to create a policy that late on a Friday. I left my info with the receptionist, she gave my info to Roslyn and sure enough, at 515pm on a Friday Roslyn called me stating she was working on the policy. We finalized the policy and I was able to go into the weekend fully insured! Thanks so much Roslyn and the team at Apex Cary Insurance!!

I am a young adult with not much family to advise me, so when I got into an accident (not my fault) I decided that I needed to switch insurance because my prior carrier did not even communicate on my behalf while I was severely injured to the other company. I spoke with Roslyn shortly after I purchased a car and she set me up with a policy that fits within my budget considering I have a loan, explained why I needed each part of the coverage in relation to my loan, and counseled me on the insurance basics, which is far more than my prior carrier EVER did.
