Bruce & team have handled our insurance needs personally as well as for our business since we relocated from Texas 4 years ago. His rates are very reasonable. The thing I appreciate most is how accessible & responsive they are. Owen is a delight to work with! I highly recommend them!

I wasn't actually looking for changing my insurance when I got a call and quoted with significant savings (almost $600 per year) on my car insurance. I was told that because my home insurance is also with State Farm, I am offered this combo discount, a good deal which I wonder a lot of people don't even realize. This kind of good surprises doesn't happen often and I'm very thankful to the diligent and exceptional work by Agent Bruce, Joe, & the team.

I have never been a fan of insurance agents. It seems they suck you into a policy that appears decent at the time of signing but may be inadequate for your needs and have yearly rate increases to boot. ... and then when you need to get a hold of the agent, they are not very engaged or caring. This has resulted in us changing agents/carriers every few years ... until we found Bruce Adorian with State Farm. He has managed our home and auto policies for several years now and he and his team have always been responsive, authentic, genuinely caring, honest and great listeners ... treating us like his own family (which has always been my standard when providing nursing care and expectations when receiving medical care). All of which have helped guide us to make the best choices for each situation. Bruce didn't know I was going to post this and I am not getting compensated in any way. But today, for the umpteenth time, he answered his phone to give us advice and I felt it was long overdue to let you all know what a rare and amazing agent he is.

Bruce and his team are awesome! I worked with Owen on bundling my auto and home owner insurance and he made the process super easy for me (we completed the process in less than a day). He is really friendly and quick to repond. I would highly recommend Owen and the entire team!

Claims department isn't very responsive. April Bell won't return my calls. I've left 6 messages. Owen is a great guy. He's been helpful. I appreciate that. Bridgette is great too. She's always checking on me. I stopped by the office today. Very friendly and personable. My last review was unfair. April is NOT in Bruce's office so I was wrong to be upset with him or his staff.
