Shopping for Medicare plans can be daunting and I was apprehensive about approaching an advisor because I had heard stories of people being pushed towards a plan (probably for a juicy commission) that they later regretted. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE with Tilson Hackley at IBA. I did quite a lot of research beforehand so I had a good sense of what plans I thought would work best for me. But I still had a lot of questions and was not 100% confident I knew what I was doing. Tilson was stellar at responding to my calls and emails quickly, communicating details clearly and educating me on all of the options available to me out there. I recommend her very highly if you want some great advice on your Medicare plan strategy.

" "Medicare" was a strange thing to me but Tilson clearly explained the operations and pros and cons of different parts. She had answers to all my questions, she elaborated on each one of them, which helped me very much to make my decisions. Tilson arranged for me flawlessly Medicare Supplement and Medicare part B. Tilson was wonderful! I needed to change to another Medicare Advantage plan and did not have much time. She immediately got back to me with two good options and followed through quickly to make this happen by April 1. I highly recommend Tilson

I was fortunate that when I called to discuss my options regarding a medicare supplement and drug plan, I spoke with Tilson. She could not have been nicer! This can all seem very overwhelming but she helped to make it understandable and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision that worked best with both my husband's and my circumstances.
