We switched from Allstate to Josh Benton State Farm the first of the year, and we are so glad we did! Our agent Marisa Benton did a great job! She was thorough, knowledgeable and great to work with. We are saving over $30 a month! We also purchased our Medicare Supplement through Josh Benton. Again, great service and knowledge! Last month we had our first claim in more than 15 years when our truck was damaged due to an accident. We called the claims department to report the claim later that afternoon. We received a call from the adjuster the next day and met with him the following morning! The estimate was at the Ford dealership the same day! We received the check for repairs the following week! If you are looking for a new insurance agent, do yourself a favor and talk to the Josh Benton agency. Customer Service and satisfaction is alive and flourishing there!

I recently moved to North Carolina, and needed some major assistance with transferring my car insurance to NC. I could not be more pleased with the service Josh and his team gave me! I worked with Marisa, who was patient and wonderfully kind with me. I had a ton of questions being new to the area and the process so I am sure most people would have pulled out their hair having to answer all of my silly questions, but Marisa was so nice and made me feel like a VIP client. (and she got me situated in less than 48 hours! ) If you are looking for a new insurance agency and are new to the Raleigh-Cary area, this agency will take good care of you!

We have had various insurance companies over the years. We Chose state farm not because of the company but because of this particular office. Josh and Marisa are quick to handle anything we need, honest and find ways to help us save money wherever we can. They are the first call we make for any type of insurance we need, no questions asked. They will even tell you if you are getting a better deal elsewhere before switching to them (which was the case with one policy we were looking to change). I highly recommend them.

I have been a State Farm client for years and was changed to Josh and his team when my original agent retired. I have never been happier! Josh and Marisa are fantastic. They make insurance understandable and take the time to tell me about the different types available. I would recommend them for any type of insurance needed. They'll take excellent care of you.
