As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of paperwork and checklists to go through. Home Insurance was a major requirement for my mortgage and I shopped around and got the best offer from Michael Sauce (State Farm). He was patient and he went through details of what is required for insurance and where I can save money. I appreciated his time and his thoroughness. Even when a last minute issue that could have delayed closing was raised, Michael stepped in immediately (after an early morning urgent call) and within minutes the situation was fixed and we were back on track for closing. I highly recommend him and this office. I got an excellent price for insurance bundle and any first time home buyer will appreciate any sort of savings that comes with great customer service.

When I say I LOVE the Leslie Robinson Insurance family?! I truly mean it! Ben is my absolutely favorite!! He is great with details, VERY patient and will literally sit on the phone or in person with you as long as it takes explaining insurance and helping you to build understanding. I do not feel like I'm just wasting my money on just any policy. With Ben's help, I have MULTIPLE POLICIES and I know my money is going where it is needed. Thank You a Million Times Ben and the State Farm Leslie Robinson Family.

I have been a customer for at least 7 years. I was in my early 20s and didn't know much about insurance. They did a great job of explaining everything to me during my initial visit and anytime after when I called trying to understand my policy or added a service. I look forward to calling in my payment or stopping baby while in the area. All the staff are so nice. They always ask about my day and how I'm doing. I especially look forward to speaking with Patti. She is so joyful to speak with and patient. I enjoy checking in with her and having her ask about or my holiday plans. She really added a bright spot to my day. You don't get this type of customer service anymore from business. You barely get to talk with a real person these days, very detached. But the staff at Leslie Robinson actually care and want to help. I have an example of their exemplary service. Recently, when I had to file a claim with my car. I first contacted State Farm customer report 1800 number. What a headache! I called Leslie Robinson for support. They were able to intervene and help me with my claim. I'm not sure if I would have gotten this level of support elsewhere.

Just bought a vehicle in N.C. and needed auto insurance since I registered it here but still am moving out of N.Y State. Michael sauce was extremely helpful and we ended up with a multi vehicle/home owners policy that saved us a lot of money and got everything insured. Would recommend this agency.
