The best insurance company I’ve ever had - I could not recommend the Chapel Hill branch of NC Farm Bureau Insurance more!!! Matt Deitz and his entire team have consistently gone above and beyond for our family in all insurance related needs, and have been communicative, honest, and hardworking as we’ve navigated multiple claims over the past few years. Not only are their rates some of the most competitive I’ve seen, but their attention to detail and customer service have exceeded my highest expectations. Even their adjusters and claims team have been a pleasure to work with and have maintained the highest level of service through the toughest of times. I continue to recommend them to anyone in search of an insurance provider, they are simply put - THE BEST!

We have the best agent in North Carolina. Robbie Norris always goes above and beyond for us. He is never pushy but always gives us the best options that fit the right thing for our family. He is kind, prompt and just an all around great person. We had less than great experiences with other agents but with Robbie he has our business for life. We have been very impressed by the responsiveness and friendliness of our agent, Michael Decker. I’ve had auto 2 incidents recently and I was able to call Michael and he walked me through everything as soon as I called and continues to follow up. Farm Bureau also insured my home as a first time home buyer and worked closely with our realtor and mortgage company to make the process seamless for us. I would definitely recommend this company and Michael as an agent. The level of service and competence is above any other company in this industry that I’ve worked with.
