The service I received from my agent was absolutely ridiculous (pushy, rude, not empathetic at all to my situation, condescending, emailed/texted messages were never grammatically correct - made me think it was a scam, too salesman-like and no financial advising was done at all) and that was why I decided to cancel my policy with them during the underwriting review phase and go with another life insurance company when I am ready. I wouldn't recommend anyone to call this office for anything at all. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

The service for this agency is unacceptable, I have been a client for well over 15 years with several accounts and my rep left a few years back. Since that time, I have no assigned agent , I have left messages, when the young lady called me over a month ago, I was assured my issue would be resolved, however, I just received another notice that the issue has not been resolved. I am self-employed and operate several businesses and I have no idea how this agency can be successful doing business as such. I guess I will have to call the 800 number just as I have the previous couple of years and waste more valuable time that is unnecessary because someone didn't do their job. It is a shame that I invest money monthly with them for such a long period of time and can not receive better customer service than this. Disappointed and if available, I would not have given the required minimum one star based on my experience the last 3 years!

This company is more interested in selling their dated whole life insurance products than helping you grow financially as a customer. Glad I realized that in only a year as a very young adult looking for genuine financial help. If you need real financial help, trust your gut, do your own research and do not let over-enthusiasm from their advisors trick you into getting something that benefits them more than you. Their "financial advisors" can be more accurately described as life insurance salesman.
