Admitted that it costs 25-50 cents a sticker and then still justified charging $3 extra.
Said computers cost $3 to rent but they have them there at all times and it’s the same computers their employees use.
Said they are a small business but are a part of a major corporation.
A simple humble apology would have sufficed but they double down on several lies.

Mary Jones5 StarI really love the support I get at this UPS Store. They have an excellent team of people there who have been so helpful. I especially love the help Julian has given me on projects I've undertaken such as brochures, booklets, and even programs for a funeral. He has a great skill set in designing and knowledge about different software to enhance my projects!! He helped me get in an "ad" that was sent from a program I didn't have on my personal computer. He was able to access it and got it appropriately placed in my booklet. I was so happy, tears were in my eyes!! That's how personal they make it there. The owner even helped me one day on his way out to an appointment with something I needed printed for a meeting that same day!! Melinda is also great to work with and extremely patient. Thanks to all the entire team there for being so friendly with patrons in the midst of returns, shipping, printing...you name it!Monday 24th July 2023

They work together efficiently to ship packages and to track one if it's missing. I have a box here, and everyone is always patient and kind in meeting my needs. An outstanding business!!!!!!
