Super unhappy with this company. I was in a pinch for insurance and gave them all the information about my situation upfront. They quoted me one price and I went ahead and signed, and maybe a day or two later they increased my price because they failed to run my information as they should’ve in the first place, even though I told them ahead of time. Then they tried to raise my price yet again because they failed to check their email where I sent the documents they needed claiming I didn’t. At the time they said when my situation changed a little they would explore my rates again, now when the time came that it did change they’re saying my rate will stay the same regardless. I will be switching agents and will never recommend this company to anyone. It’s been nothing but bait and switch with them this entire time and I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.
