We was given 1 small tank and a portable unite for oxygen
There were supposed to deliver a large tank within 24 hours. It's been 4 months. Also their portable unite stopped working. They will not answer calls, nor will they return calls.we will be returning to rex where they drop it off.Thursday 3rd October 2024
Laura House1 StarI would give them zero stars if I could. They are unresponsive, impossible to contact, and difficult to coordinate with. When you do finally manage to get a hold of someone, they are extremely rude. I have been having a hard time getting my CPAP equipment through them, I was told I had to schedule an appointment to get a new CPAP machine and drive all the way to their Office which is listed as being in Durham, but really almost in Raleigh, over a half hour drive. They only schedule by phone, you have to play phone tag, and then they do not provide any text or email confirmations, nor do they do phone call reminders. They do not use My Chart or Epic like the rest of the UNC system. I showed up at the wrong time and was extolled with my myriad failings as to explain why things had gone wrong. Not only was I told it’s the ‘patient’s responsibility’ to keep track when there was miscommunication, I was also spoken to in a demeaning manner by someone who said that they “NEVER schedule appointments at that time” and offered a discharge from their services. I have spoken to other colleagues and patients who report similar issues and have thus stopped using them.Thursday 11th July 2024
Alicia Green1 StarOrdering CPAP supplies from them is needlessly difficult.
They started using a new system that has an app, so I checked the app, and it said I wasn't eligible for any nasal cushions right now, so I called the re-order place to see when I would be eligible, because I'm at the 3 month mark.
They told me I was eligible for 3 cushions right now, despite what the app says. Then they told me I was eligible for 4. Either way, it's not the 5 cushions I'm supposed to get every 3 months since you're supposed to replace them twice a month.Wednesday 10th July 2024
Art Werner1 StarI have had three product interactions with this organization. The first two were disasters and the third is in the process of becoming one.
First my wife's wheelchair needed a brake replaced. After several days a technician came over with the wrong part. A second technician came over with a part he couldn't figure out how to install. A third visit also brought the wrong brake. Finally we my wife got a replacement chair.
The second incident involved a CPAP machine. The machine stopped functioning and after two weeks I was able to get an appointment to repair it. Once it was repaired I was informed that because the machine had not been used for 10 or so days, that Medicare would no longer cover its use and that I would have to start again by having another sleep study.
The third ongoing incident involves a walker ordered for my wife. We received a call and made a deposit within an hour of the order. We were told that the walker would be delivered that day or the next. I called two days later and was told it would be another day. I called again two days later and was told it would be delivered that day. We're now 10 days out and no one answers the phone after holding for 30 minutes.Wednesday 13th March 2024
Adam Berenson1 StarIf your doctor gives you any other option for a supply company for your cpap, please listen to me and take it. These guys are the absolute worst company to deal with. You will waste so much time your are better off skipping the insurance and buying your stuff online and paying out of pocket. Zero stars should be an option!Thursday 30th May 2024
