My overall experience with State Farm was simply amazing. The level of customer service I received from Pam Walling was top tier. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me with my insurance needs and provided me with quotes that were way more affordable than what my current servicer was providing. This team comes Highly recommended, glad I made the switch!

First, let me express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Pam Welling. Her patience, dedication, and the fact that she went above and beyond working past her regular work hours to assist me meant a lot. I did not feel pressured during this process as sometimes this is the case when dealing with individuals who work in this field. Ms. Welling listened and was able to answer my questions, was knowledgeable, and was genuine in her responses. She is certainly an asset to Vincent Boone's office. I have been doing business with this office for 24 years. Thanks to them, I am glad to have made some important decisions years ago regarding life insurance.

I sincerely appreciate Sandy Peacock, who is a member of Mr. Boone's team with State Farm. Her customer service is above par. I recently had a rather time-sensitive matter that needed attention. Sandy patiently listened to my request and followed through until we had what was needed. This would not be the first time she has rendered excellent customer service, which tells me this is consistent...a well executed work ethic.
